About the UpLift Program
Located at Garrison Gym, this program provides THS students (ages 14–18) with full gym access, mentorship, community, and life skills. UpLift prioritizes students with financial need—ensuring access to opportunities they would not have otherwise.

Not every student has access to a safe place to grow, connect, and stay active. For many, cost and social isolation stand in the way.
UpLift exists to change that. This is more than a gym membership; it’s a pathway to confidence, connection, and opportunity—ensuring every student has a place to belong and grow. Together, we can create a safe, accessible space for them to practice health and wellness.
THE PROGRAM
Located at Garrison Gym, this initiative supports THS students (ages 14–18) by prioritizing those with financial need—ensuring access to opportunities they would not otherwise have.
Students Receive:
✔ Full Gym Access – Sponsored memberships
✔ Mentorship – Guidance from local fire, police, and EMS
✔ Community – A safe, positive social environment
✔ Life Skills – Fitness training, discipline, and accountability

The Garrison Gym is a 5,000 sq. ft facility located in the heart of the Adirondacks. Housed in the memorable E.M.A. Building, the gym has cardio equipment, weight machines, free-weights, dumbbells, functional and athletic equipment, grip strength equipment, strongman equipment, and even custom equipment paying respect to the amazing history of Ticonderoga!
